  Apparently it's with good reason that Bros Roofing was selected to represent Malarkey on the Western Slope. Their crew arrived as promised around 8:00 AM Wednesday, worked 'til sundown, and returned to finish late in the day on Thursday. Building inspection was completed by noon on Friday.
  I was impressed by the speed and quality of their work. Moreover, the crew was conscientious about cleanup both visually and with a metal detector. Members of the HOA were amazed that the project was completed so quickly and expressed admiration for the appearance of the new roof. Job well done, guys!

  This project was on a commercial rental. I asked Bros if there was any way … More we could respect the working hours of my tenant and they were able to do so, working early mornings and some evenings (sorry neighbors!).
  Equally important to me was the excellent communication between Bros, myself, and my tenant. Never more than a few hours wait for answers to questions. I had three bids going into this project. The two lower bids ( one of them from Bros) were very close. I am happy I followed my friends advice. They were great to work with.
