My home built in 1997 still had the original roof. That's … More great, but I'm new to the area and had no idea what to expect from local contractors.
Apparently it's with good reason that Bros Roofing was selected to represent Malarkey on the Western Slope. Their crew arrived as promised around 8:00 AM Wednesday, worked 'til sundown, and returned to finish late in the day on Thursday. Building inspection was completed by noon on Friday.
I was impressed by the speed and quality of their work. Moreover, the crew was conscientious about cleanup both visually and with a metal detector. Members of the HOA were amazed that the project was completed so quickly and expressed admiration for the appearance of the new roof. Job well done, guys!
